SCHOOL ADOPTION PROGRAM
It’s a fact that millions of children don’t have any access to formal school education in the world in which we are fortunate of. Reasons are many, but the result is one- our children may end up in labor at an early age and they grow illiterate, without seeing the beautiful world of alphabets. Most of the countries have government-run schools to make the children undergo formal school education. However, some of the schools are not having enough facilities, children need food than education or their parents wanted them to work for earnings.
We, at WALCO, take this as an opportunity to contribute towards a vision, school for every child. Our intention is to support as much as we can towards achieving education for every child in the world. Being a small organization, we may not be able to do big things but trying to do small things as a step towards achieving this greater vision.
We urge ourselves to contribute every year to achieve this goal by adopting schools every year. Our target is too small to make a difference in the world. However, we are doing our best to inspire others to do whatever they can.
We aim to adopt 10 schools in the next 10 years starting from 2021to make those schools better and accessible and affordable to any needy children for their education.
We shall announce the details of this program once it is rolled out.
For every business we do, we keep a portion of it for this movement. You shall be part of our initiative indirectly and keep us closer to our goal, education for every child.
