We have tailor-made testing machines for efficient and safe hydrostatic testing on valves of size up to 24” and class 300. We have auxiliary pumps to provide the necessary water pressure. We are using water, N2, for the testing of valves.
We are following the applicable standards that have been implemented by the American Petroleum Institute (API), The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the Manufacturers Standardization Society (MSS). We are having reference documents available with the testing procedures and standards in our computers and hard copy. On-job training, classroom training, and factory training are implemented from time to time to keep our technicians updated with the latest updates in the industry.
We also partner with the experts such as veteran valve specialists, manufacturers, and training institutes to keep our knowledge and technology updated.
