We are capable of delivering maintenance, repair, overhaul, and testing of rotating and static machinery off the site, at our workshop as well as in the field. Our expertise and experience on the overhaul of pumps, gearboxes, diesel engines, compressors, coolers, heat exchangers, condensers, valves, and other equipment. Our people are trained by various makers at their factories, on the job, and through one to one training. Our workshop is equipped with the latest equipment for machining, re-engineering, balancing, hydro testing, and Non-destructive testing. We follow the maker’s instructions and guidelines for rotating and static machinery for overhaul and testing. Our workshop can work 24/7 if in case of emergency and in shifts if required to meet the contractual obligations. Our field team is capable of meeting with any repair schedule, whether it is planned or immediate.
Our mechanical workshop is 625 SQM covered, equipped to store and repair rotating and static machinery delivered to us.
We follow an integrated quality management system that focuses on quality, occupational safety, and health of the people and the environment. Our workshop activities are formed as a specific process that is documented for traceability and accountability.
Static Equipment
Rotating equipment can be brought to our workshop for repair and overhaul. Rotors of the machinery can be dynamically or statically balanced. Corrective measures will be carried out following the maker’s instructions. The following are our scope of repair, overhaul, and testing. Condition monitoring, corrective actions will be done at the field by our field team. The alignment of the rotating equipment will be done by our trained technicians using state-of-the-art laser alignment tools. We use Easy-Laser E-950 and E-710 for the shaft alignment and bore alignment, respectively.
